Some families include the creation of a 'time sheathing' or 'memory box'. Depending upon the fourth dimension of yr, planting a tree in commemoration of this special occasion is a lovely idea and a peachy way to involve other children, shut friends, or family members in the ceremony. I accept been asked to atomic number 82 balloon releases before now, merely they do not sit at all comfortably with me and I no longer agree to them as sending balloons out into the world tin upshot in injury, suffering, and fifty-fifty death to wild creatures. There are enough of lovely ethical alternatives which pose no damage to the surroundings, risk to wildlife or impairment to animals.

A sand ceremony can be used to symbolise the input, commitment, and contribution that people are prepared to make to the child, whose naming day anniversary it is.

Each person involved in the sand-blending, pours an private layer of sand, resulting in layers of coloured sands in the vessel – each layer representing the private commitment to the child.
